Hello world,

I have just graduated in journalism and I am now starting my career as a freelance journalist. Since my work is completely remote I would love to visit and work from other places.

Ever since I have been very curious and open minded. The one experience that has shaped me especially: a school exchange to Colombia with Rotary International when I was 18.

I fell in love with foreign cultures, languages and people's stories. Since then I have travelled and lived in many places including the USA, Spain, Denmark and the Czech Republic. I studied Cultural Studies and Media Studies in my Bachelors and Journalism in my Masters.

Now I want explore the world, chase after interesting stories and listen to other people's voices.

I hope you can give me the possibility to understand local life better. I am very happy to help wherever help is needed to fully embrace the culture and customs abroad.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Languages, Writing, Storytelling: I am happy to teach you or practice languages with you. I am native German and speak English and Spanish fluently. Since I am a professional journalist I can also teach you something about my work: writing articles, interviewing, doing research, fact-checking but also video and audio editing and some basic things about photography

Cleaning: I am not only a very clean person by nature - I am also a professional cleaner: During my studies in Denmark I was working as a housekeeper to survive (Denmark is one of the most expensive countries in Europe).

Caretaker (whether it is animals the nature or people around me): Animals and kids love me - and I love them! I feel like I have an aura human beings and animals love to be around. I am from a village from Northern Germany and I am used to live in nature and take care of animals and people around me. I have a lot of experience taking care of pets, dogs and horses.

I can be an adventurous but also a calm person and it happens rarely that I say no to things. You are inviting me to climbing, white water rafting or parachuting? Sure, I am down! You prefer to stay at home, sit by the fire and have deep conversations? I am here to listen.
