Description

While I grew up in NYC I've been on the move since March 2023. I’ve mainly used volunteering sites which gave me the chance to try my hand at all sorts of amazing experiences. I've helped out on an Austrian farm, taught English and led games at a Spanish summer camp, and even cooked and helped maintain a climbing base camp on Tenerife. My favorite part by far is meeting amazing people along the way and getting to soak up new cultures. I'm always up for a good chat and adventure. I love to sit around a table with new people, having drinks, and making them laugh. I’m always looking to meet new people and learn new skills.

As I’ve been traveling I’ve learned that I don’t require a lot. I have slept in cars overnight on the ground and even a couple beaches. If I am with good company, I can be anywhere and have a good time. I value a good sense of humor over all else.

in late august of 2023 I returned to my first work away in upper Austria and while I thought I would only stay the month, I ended up staying for the entire autumn and winter. I learned a lot about the agriculture and the traditions as well as several interesting new skills that I never thought I would have including skinning and processing animal meat and skiing. They feel like family now!

As a seasoned traveler since March 2023, I've had the privilege of participating in various work exchange programs. My experiences include honing my skills in animal care and processing on an Austrian farm, teaching English and leading activities at a summer camp in Spain, and contributing to a base camp on Tenerife through cooking, facility maintenance, and climbing gear rental. I'm eager to leverage these skills and experiences to secure new opportunities that foster personal and professional growth.

I’m definitely an extroverted person. I love to climb and try new extreme sports. I am an avid rock climber and recently picked up skiing and have done a couple lessons on kite surfing. I push myself to do things that scare me.
I have European citizenship thanks to my mother which makes it easy to travel around Europe and my time frame is very loose.
