Description
My aunts describe me as funny, curious, intelligent, and kindhearted... If only the rest of the world saw me as they do😅.
I am taking a year away from a busy paced working lifestyle in order to develop myself further by seeking meaningful challenges and wisdom from cultures outside of my own.
Along the path I will improve my Spanish, dance and smile more, and connect with inspiring people along the way ✨️.
I gain joy from learning, completing challenges, connecting with people and being of service to others!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
I recently counted and have held over 40 very different jobs in my lifetime! So a jack of many trades and master of some. I am highly adaptable, equanimous, and a quick learner. A goal of this journey is to never complain and see everything happening for me and not to me😀.
I have renovated houses I own and manage rental properties, so I have a lot of experience with light construction and am a capable handyman (graduate of YouTube University;). I also have good landscaping, gardening, and yard work skills.
I have restaurant experience as a busser, waiter, food preparation, and while not a chef, a competent cook and serve and clean with a cheerful actitude.
My career is as a pharmacist in the US and I consider myself an expert in cooperating within a team, customer service, and professionalism.
Lastly, I have an adventurous side and a LOT of outdoors experience ranging from trekking, climbing, kayaking, biking, and wilderness camping. I have also worked as a white water rafting guide and professional offroad driving guide for Pink Jeep Sedona, so I am adept with storytelling and leading fun groups.

I am currently traveling internationally on a year-long "sabbatical" through mid-2024 for personal development and to experience cultures outside of my own in order to develop myself and be of service. My Spanish is sufficient for travel communication, but I am keen to mejorar las habilidades de conversación.
I started this journey in June 2023, and I have walked the 800km Camino de Santiago Francés, spent 10 days on a silent Vipassana 🧘♂️ course, take many guided history tours and continue to seek out meaningful and rewarding challenges along the path.
