Hey there!
I'm Ruben, 36, a self-employed osteopath, physiotherapist, conscious mentor, yoga teacher and a Bitcoin enthusiast, seeking inner peace, a beautiful home, and lovely connections. (And of course, cats – I'm always looking for cats and other animals :)
I joined this platform because I'm on a personal journey of self-discovery. I've realized I haven't been truthful with myself and those around me, resulting in the loss of everything I cherished. I've caused pain and suffering. But these actions aren't me, and I am committed to doing better. There was a period of confusion where I struggled to understand my needs, but now I'm reconnecting with my intuition and choosing to follow my instincts. I've regained my strength, and I am prepared to follow my heart. I've talked to many people I love, and now I'm here to help and connect with myself, with you, and new environments.
I sold my companies (end of 2023) and gave away all the things I no longer need. I started my spiritual journey in January 2024 and made wonderful experiences and friends around the world. At the moment, I'm back in Germany for my grandma's funeral and supporting my family. I'll go back to Asia on May 11, 2024.
Specifically, I'm interested in helping animals, permaculture, building with natural materials, and learning about spirituality and religion in different ways. But to be honest, I'm open to every opportunity to explore something new outside of my comfort zone.
I can also offer something: my experiences as a person, my knowledge as a therapist/mentor/teacher, my empathy as a human, and most importantly, I can give excellent massages and treatments. 😄
My English isn't "completely fluent" because I'm not used to speaking a lot, but it's getting better from day to day while traveling and volunteering. I'm confident I'll be totally fluent in no time.Centres d’intérêt

The first thing I would like to mention here - I learn quickly and am not afraid of any work.
For half of my life, I worked as an osteopath/physiotherapist, gaining experience in all age groups. My focus areas were people with disabilities, infants, and athletes. Over ten years of self-employment have also educated me in administration, social media and finances. In the last three years, I had another company where we educated about Bitcoin, providing me with a new, philosophical perspective on money. I am happy to share this knowledge as well.
Furthermore, while expanding my camper, I gained some handyman experience, am musically inclined, and love everything related to justice and the protection of the "weak and helpless."
I am skilled in handling cats and would generally describe myself as empathetic and adaptable.
Dealing with "modern technology" is as easy for me as handling a broom. :)
New (2024): I'm now certified as "conscious mentor" and as a "yoga teacher" (200 hours - yoga alliance)Âge

A small digression about my work is what I'd like to share at this point.
One of my main focuses in my work is the anamnesis—the process of listening and asking questions to truly understand what's happening inside and outside with my patient. As an osteopath, I strive to delve into the roots of the symptoms. This, for me, is the most rewarding aspect—honest, deep conversations. What I also cherish greatly is the hands-on aspect of my work and the privilege of literally connecting with people. In today's untouched world, this is tragically rare. There's so much truth, well-being, and healing in touch. Experiencing loving touch daily is essential for our lives.
I really enjoy my job because I get to talk with people, use my hands to help them, and make a real connection. The not-so-fun part is dealing with a lot of paperwork, taxes, and rules in the medical field. Instead of focusing on helping people, I spend too much time dealing with confusing bureaucracy. This takes away some of the magic from this otherwise wonderful job of helping others. While I'm taking a break from all these complicated rules, I hope to find a better way to bring back the joy and magic to my work.
One more thing: I would describe myself as a flexible vegan/vegetarian, capable of adapting to anything on the menu. So, no worries about feeding me. ;)

I really had an intense month at this Theravada Buddhist monastery with six female monks, one male monk and a really nice group of volunteers. It's a long story, but I'll try to summarize it in 20 points. So you get an idea, what you can achieve there.

Thank you for warming my heart! ❤️ Without a doubt, I enjoyed working with you and all the little dudes and girls around. Even though I had to sweat my ass off every day, I came in every day without any resistance in my heart.
Thank you for this opportunity; it brings me a lot of pleasure and a big smile that will last a while. ❤️… read more
