Hello, my name is Sandra, I'm 34 years old, and I come from Italy. I've decided to take a sabbatical year to lern to live in th moment, stepping away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I've recently arrived in Australia and joined Workaway because I want to experience true Australian life and improve my English. I'm a carreful, very positive person who tries to approach life in the best possible way, focusing only on its beauty. I grew up in the countryside and love natire and animals. I enjoy cooking, learning new recipes, and discovery new flavors and cultures. I worked as a haidresser for 13 years, a job I love because it allows me to create and make people happy. Now , I'm looking for new ways to be useful and have great experience, perhaps in nature. In my free time, I enjoy reading , walking, photography, board games and creating amigurumi.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

Since I was little, I've helped manage our small farm. I enjoy harvesting olives, almonds and tomatoes. I've taken care of watering the vegetable garden and feeding the chickens. I love cultivating and watching vegetables grow. I can cook some italian dishes, cakes and cookies. I also love cutting hair and styling it, so if anyone needs it, I'd happy to help. In the past year , I've been practicing making amigurumi. I'm not as skilledas my mom yet, but I can create something, and I would love to share it.
