Hey You, I hope you‘re good!!
I just want to use this here to tell about my inner me so You have a slight impression about me;)
I am Max, nearly 24 years old.
I started to travel one and a half month ago only in Colombia. I just wanted to learn more about myself and other cultures. Is there a better way than traveling for this? I don‘t think so.
Also I wanted to get out of my comfort zone in Berlin (Germany), where I was raised and still living. I was pretty sure that I wanna come to south america. After some research and recommendations from friends and colleagues I decided that Colombia would be the country to host me. In my last month here in Colombia I saw a lot of this beautiful piece of land here. I was hiking a lot in the mountains or the nature and made some new friends. Nearly every night I slept in dorms in different hostels, getting diarrhea at some point but was enjoying my life in the end. Like I said I‘m a huge fan of being outside and exploring the nature. I like to be with the nature. On the other hand I‘m a social person who likes to be with others and sitting around a bonfire at the end of a day to tell and listen to some storys, I mean who doesn‘t like that, right?;)

That is one reason of a lot of reasons for me to travel in other countries. To learn languages. Especially right now to learn spanish in colombia. I unterstand quite a bit and my ability to speak is enough to go from A to B and smalltalk but I want to get in real conversations with people. I want to learn it better in my volunteering time. English do I speak quite good and german is my mother language. I never teached a language before but why not should I'm not trying it once.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

First I have to say, I'm a person who learns really fast. I like to learn practically. If you show me once, I want to be good at it the next day. I think that is a really good skill when you are into volunteering and wants to work with others.
I have manual skills too and love to work with my hands and body. Especially on the outside. I'm looking forward to work in the nature by any weather. Of course do I like a blue sky with bright sunshine more but I'm fine with rain or even snow too, like you can see in the background of my profil picture;)
I'm not too proud to not making my hands dirty, what doesn't mean I'm not hygienic.
I would like to gardening with you. I wouldn't say I'm a professional in it, but I really like to work with plants.
I'm a friend of animals too and respect them a lot. That's what I really do about mother nature.
I played a lot of football back in the days where I learned to be a teamplayer and find solutions together. But on the other hand I'm independent, at least when it's about working. I mean you have to if you decided to travel alone.
I am a empathic person who try to help others the best way I can.
It is really satisfying to give others something back, that's why I want to cook for you too. I'm a hobby cook for several years and likes to learn about other dishes worldwide.
I hope this was a good overview about me and some skills I have.

I really like to do sports, any kind of. Hiking, kayaking, sailing, running and every kind of ball games. Especially football and basketball.
I like to fish but have to get better in it.
I like to play chess or any other board games. I have a huge board games collection at home and play a lot with friends of mine.
