I'm currently traveling the pacific coast of the Americas. after making my way up north to canada, I'm now traveling to Nicaragua.

Description

Hi! I’m Chris from the Netherlands and for the last couple of months I have been hiking the Pacific Crest Trail in the United States. I hope to explore Canada next! I’m really looking forward to get to know Canadian culture, nature and most of all the people. Since I have been on the move every day for weeks, I would love to try a form of travelling where I am more stationary and where I can give back to a community as well. I am really excited to work outside/ on land/ with animals or in hospitality.

For the past 13 years I have been an officer in the Royal Netherlands Air Force as a military Air Traffic Controller. My specialty is instructing and coaching in a high performance environment. Besides that I am an exercise physiologist with a great love for sports and the outdoors. I have plenty of experience working as a host in a restaurant, although it has been a while..
