Being connected, grounded and laugh !
After a long period of dense urban life, I left in 2019 my parisian routine and theater, took one way ticket in Latin America and... Moved into the space of openness ! Close to the nature, indigenous cultures with their special relationship to the Mother Earth, death and trees.
Meditation and yoga came my life and I discovered that every person has inside an inner source of healing and joy. A « quantum jump » in this path happened for me while 200TTC Sivananda yoga training in Mysore. It was like be born again, but this time with a huge laugh instead of tears !
During my second travel to India (who has a very special place in my heart), I started to give classes of Hatha yoga and Pranayama (breath work). So I'm always more than happy to offer these classes to people I meet.
Other fields that interest me are dance and street performance. Where body is a tool of self exploration and connection with others. A tool that can heal us and other people, in order to experience together the magic of being present.Centres d’intérêt
