  Description

  We're a family with two kids. A 6 years old boy and an 8 years old girl. The mother is 37 and she's a Primary school teacher. The father is 41 and he's a hotel owner. We have a little dog. We're a happy family that love music, arts, dance and read. Our hobbies are ballroom dancing, pottery, jewelry (we have a small atelier at home), and tea!
  
  The little boy loves to speak English and is starting to learn to play piano. He loves all related to the space and Math, he has a high IQ. The little girl is really clever and it is possible that also has a high iQ. She's very talkative and creative. We'd like to host someone who would like to stay as another member of our family. We want to improve our English and we ask for help with the daily routines or gardening.

  We live near Figueres, which is a town from Catalonia. There are so many cultural places to visit and we’re also near to France and we can go to visit some places there. Costa brava is a really nice place to go in summer, we have an apartment next to the beach, we can also spend some days there. We love culture, so we can provide information and organize trips with the guest to show or explain interesting places for him or her.

  Aide

  We offer food and stay and we would like that the host helps us to improve our English, speaking this language in a natural way at home, and help with the daily routines. We'd appreciate it if the helper has notions about piano, violin or drums to help our kids with their music lessons.

  Hébergement

  We live in a 330m2 house with a little garden with a swimming pool, in an urbanization 5 minutes from Figueres. Is a very quiet place and there’s bus service. We can also provide a car to the guest if he has the driving license.
  The guest can use the house as another member of the family and will dispose of an own room with an own bathroom with shower.
  Girona is about 40min by car and Barcelona is about 1.30h by car from home. By train is 1h.

  Autres infos...

  Helpers can spend the time off at home, at the swimming pool or reading (we have a small library), we can also teach some of our hobbies like pottery or jewelry.
  Figueres is very near and there is a train station, so the helper can move with this transport easily.
