Description
We are in the Roman countryside of Genzano di Roma with approximately 7000 sq m of land which is cultivated with an olive orchard, vegetable garden, and farm animals (chickens and rabbits). We are a retired couple requiring help with maintaining the property and farm duties. The house is a comfortable bungalow where our guests have their own private bedroom and ensuite bathroom. We offer breakfast and lunch together in our country kitchen while dinner is optional as the evenings would be considered as your free time to spend as you wish. Located about 27 km from Rome and 6 km from Genzano town centre. We are also close to Lanuvio, Nemi and Velletri to mention just a few. We are conveniently located 3 km from the local train station San Gennaro that connects to Roma Termini station on Velletri line for further exploration of the country by train.

We speak English and Italian and some French. We are in the Castelli Romani region which is well connected by train, bus or by car. If you have your own car or motor bike, there is space to store it inside the fenced walls around the house.

Aide
Feeding chickens and rabbits, cleaning their area. Caring for the vegetable garden including planting, weeding, watering, hoeing, harvesting. We have the necessary tools for ease of operation. Cutting down old trees and replacing them where necessary. Pruning, cutting grass, trimming bushes. Maintaining floral garden and pots around the house.

Hébergement
Guests will have a queen size bed in a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom that is connected to a huge outdoor patio. If guests want complete separation from the main household, a basement apartment is also available for 2 people, (1 queen size bed and 1 single bed). Breakfast and lunch will be offered by the host. Dinner can be prepared by guests in the basement apartment, as well as laundry. There is also a lounge area for privacy.

Guests can explore the area during their time off. The host can bring the guests to the local train station San Gennaro and pick them up on their return. No smoking in the house or basement apartment. We kindly ask to keep the area in use clean and tidy.
