  Description

  I live in a country house 4 km from the city centre of Castellón. My new house is a new project with a garden, swimming pool and fruit trees. We are 3 people one is an old lady 96 and her son J.C who are always home.
  You would stay upstairs and have access to room from outer stairs if you prefer. Basic maintenance always needed such as gardening, painting etc.
  
  Vivo en una casa de campo a 2 kms de la cuidad de Castellón. Mi nueva casa es un proyecto nuevo con jardín, piscina y frutales. Es una casa ecológica con paneles solares limitando el consumo de luz a lo necesario para poder cargar teléfonos, ver la tele etc. Me queda grande porque hay matenimiento diario y proyectos de mejor el jardín.

  Being able to practice and learn some Spanish language , enjoy a garden and a private pool ( Abril - October) Seeing another lifestyle in rural Spain yet very near the city. Learn to live with solar panels as your only source of electricity.

  I mainly want help with house and garden maintenance, build walking paths with recycled materials ( tiles and rocks) I am currently trying to expand the driveway to make more parking space.

  Basic twin bed room, living like a member of the family. Self service breakfast, lunch and dinner cooked We can work it out between us but other house members cook everyday.

  Autres infos...

  The city is 3 km away and the Mediterranean beaches. It is important to understand that as close as it is to the city, it is off grid in terms of high speed internet and all modern conveniences which require powerful electricty. Bus service or bicycle would be a good option. There are bikes available but they made need some attention.
