  Description

  I am a 60 year old person who has worked in agriculture in important projects, also in construction. My energy is intact for this life project that is my house and my plot.
    I have three children who have the same love as me in the countryside, they are already independent and travelers too.
  My house is located on a plot of 6,000 mtrs2. next to the city of Osorno, where we have built with recycling and restoration materials, my house has a large park that is already 18 years old with some trees that were already here 80 years ago.
  Without wanting to be exaggerated my place is beautiful, I have hosted young people, who usually come for a day and stay longer, enjoying this location.
  
  Yo soy una persona de 60 años que he trabajado en agricultura variados proyectos, también en construcción. Mi energía esta intacta para este proyecto de vida que es mi casa y mi parcela.
  Tengo tres hijos que tienen el mismo amor que yo por el campo, ellos ya son independientes y viajeros también.
  Mi casa esta emplazada en una parcela de 6.000 mtrs2. al lado de la ciudad de Osorno, donde hemos construido con materiales de reciclaje y de restauración, mi casa tiene un gran parque que ya tiene 20 años con algunos arboles que ya estaban aquí hace 80 años.
  Sin querer ser exagerada mi lugar es hermoso, muchos workway se han quedado, los que generalmente vienen por pocos días y se quedan mas, gozando de este emplazamiento.

  They would benefit by sharing a beautiful space in the south of Chile, in a pleasant house where they can develop the horticultural, landscaping, animal care, learn the Spanish language, a good kitchen to learn Chilean cuisine and the world.
  Have the possibility to walk and know the north of Patagonia, its lakes, its ocean, its mountain range, its culture, etc.
  In this part of Chile there are the best seafood and fish, here meat and milk are produced and exported.
  The city that is 5 minutes from my house has large parks to visit, two rivers that cross it, commerce, services in general, cinema, etc.
  Very close also to practice skiing, trekking, bicycle, fishing and to know the surroundings that are very close as,
    the island of Chiloe, volcanoes, rivers, millenary forests, hot springs, etc.
  
  Se beneficiarían compartiendo un espacio bello en el sur de Chile, en una grata casa donde pueden desarrollar la horticultora, paisajismo, cuidados de animales , aprender el idioma español, una buena cocina para aprender de gastronomía chilena y del mundo,.
  Tener la posibilidad de pasear y conocer el norte de la patagonia, sus lagos, su océano, su cordillera, su cultura, etc.
  En esta parte de Chile están los mejores mariscos y pescados , aquí se produce la carne y la leche que también se exporta.
  La ciudad que esta a 5 minutos de mi casa cuenta con grandes parques para visitar, dos ríos que la atraviesan, comercio, servicios en general, cine, etc.
  Muy cerca también practicar esquí, trekking, bicicleta, pesca y conocer los alrededores que estan muy cercanos como,
  la isla de Chiloe, volcanes, rios, bosques milenarios, termas, etc.

  I live in a field space of 6,000 m2 with park and estuary next to the city and I want to share my work in the park, the kitchen, the animals, construction, language, maintenance etc.
  I have a lot of recycling material to do different construction projects.
  I offer lodging in my own house with all the comforts that she has, a room with two beds and a private bathroom.
  My kitchen is large and made to share.
  I have experience in agriculture, construction and gastronomy.
  I worked in agriculture for many years producing blueberry fruit and also nurseryman, working with cattle and foresting.
  I like the enterprising youth and in constant growth.
  My animals and pets are two dogs, two cats and a chicken coop that provides eggs.
  The help is for the garden, cutting grass, pruning, cleaning. At home fix the damage and finish some furniture, feed the animals, play with them.
  Build places in the park and general maintenance of the house and external spaces.
  Help cook and clean.
  
  
  Vivo en un espacio de campo de 6.000 mts.2 con parque y estero al lado de la ciudad y quiero compartir mi trabajo en el parque, la cocina, los animales, construcción, idioma, mantenimiento etc.
  Tengo mucho material reciclaje para hacer distintos proyectos de construcción.
  Ofrezco alojamiento en mi propia casa con todas las comodidades que ella tiene, una pieza con dos camas y un baño privado.
  Mi cocina es grande y esta hecha para compartir.
  Tengo experiencia en agricultura, construcción y gastronomía.
  Trabaje en agricultura muchos años produciendo fruta de arándanos y también viverista, trabaje con ganado y forestando.
  Me gusta la juventud emprendedora y en constante crecimiento.
  Mis animales y mascotas son dos perros, dos gatos y un gallinero que provee huevos.
  La ayuda es para el jardín, cortar pasto, podar, limpiar. En la casa arreglar los desperfectos y terminar algunos muebles, dar de comer a los animales, jugar con ellos.
  Construir parajes en el parque y mantencion general de la casa y espacios externos.
  Ayudar a cocinar y asear.
