My name is Grace and I’ve come to South America to practice my Spanish and learn all about the amazing culture and way of life of the beautiful people.

I am an experienced traveler and love visiting remote places and making them my home. My fondest memories are of the local places where I lived and came to understand and share in the local way of life.

One of the big reasons I'm travelling South America is to reach Spanish fluency. I recently did a three-week course in Guatemala, living it up with an amazing local family. Speaking Spanish during my stay would be a huge plus!

I've done many things in my life and so have come to treasure all the odd and varied skills this has left me with!
I've just spent a year travelling through Australia, 3 months of which I spent working in a cattle station, cooking for 26 staff. I have also worked as an Au Pair in France where I looked after two lovely children and helped to teach them English.
Before I started travelling I worked a variety of jobs in London, including marketing and administration.

Some of my favorite things in life are feeling the soil under my are feet, swimming in rivers, stroking cats and dancing in the moonlight.
I'm always practicing how to be more playful and kind. Last year in Australia, I spent many months living in the jungle in a wonderful community of people, where I learned to surf, strum a guitar and participate in building a beautiful community.
