    Description

We are working on a combined conservation and tourist project in a very remote part of Patagonia, Chile. I, Marcel, the owner, came to Chile from The Netherlands in 1997 and together with Carolina we started this new project about 8 years ago. We homeschool our daughters Elena (11) and Isabel (7). Next to this conservation project, we run an outdoor adventure and flyfishing lodge at about 2 hours away for the park we are developing.

Very important to understand is that the location of the park can only be reached from the village by a 30 minutes boat ride across the lake or by a 3 hours hike along its shore. The village has only about 300 inhabitants and offers basic services. Leaving the park will be limited to once a week maximum. Free time can be spend on the park. Horses, canoes etc. are available.
