Hi! My name is Chelsea. I am 26, and from the United States. I've lived in multiple cities in the US; I've always had an innate curiosity about the world around me and can't seem to stay put in one place :-)

I have a Bachelor's degree in English and Communications. I am a native English speaker and I speak basic Spanish.

I have been traveling solo in South America since September 2023. I love being outdoors, doing yoga, practicing Spanish, exploring new places, and learning about people and cultures.

I have worked all types of jobs! During college, I worked in restaurants and in retail/customer service settings, including waitressing, cooking, cashier, etc. I also worked on Catalina Island (off the coast of California, US) as a visitor services representative, booking trips for customers, welcoming them to the island, and occasionally doing housekeeping at a hotel. I am very computer-savvy and a quick learner.

For the last 3 years, I have worked as a non-profit professional, with responsibilities including social media; digital content creation (email campaigns, marketing materials, some experience with building websites); volunteer management; event planning; and writing (such as grant applications, press releases, etc.) I would love to help you with any of these tasks!

My most recent position was with an organization in Los Angeles helping low-income, first-generation students get into college. I am passionate about education, equity, and justice.
