My real passion is long hiking trails around the world. I love being outdoors, working with my hands, doing all kind of art related projects and meeting new people.
My next destination:
Laos - from Jan 2024 until Aug 2024 View allDescription
Hello! My name is Lihi and I love to travel, learn new languages and my favorite thing in the world is to go on long hiking trails.
When I was 21 I walked all of Israel, from north to south in a journey of over 1000 km that lasted two straight months.
Recently I have walked on the Annapurna circuit trail in Nepal and reached my destination of Thorong La pass of 5416 meters above sea level.
I am always on the search for the next big hiking trail goal🙋♀️.
I would say I'm a pretty easy going type of girl, I enjoy hiking, being active, going some places I have never been before and laughing.
I practice meditation, yoga, and I love learning new stuff, whatever they may be.
Travelling is my real life passion and I hope to meet along this "Workaway" journey of mine many interesting people in the most beautiful places.
Looking forward to new experiences!!Interests

Well, as a professional seamstress and clothes designer, I love to sew!
In case you have a sewing machine (or just a needle and a thread will be good too!🙃) and a need of some fabric project- I would love to do it!
I love to do creative jobs, something I can have my creativity in use.
I love working with kids, plants, animals and to do active fun things.
I am not the strongest person physically speaking and would not like to do hard or heavy carying weights or hard chore phisycal tasks.
I like working with my hands in jobs that require concentration, patience and accuracy, if I get to do it in good company, nothing can be better🙃
In my recent "Workaway" experiences I have enjoyed picking tea leaves, opening beans pods for hours, designing stone decorations at gardens, cooking, being at the kitchen learning how to cook new dishes and cooking some dishes of my own, doing manual works that require concentration and delicate hand work- this is definetly the type of work I enjoy doing!
I would love to cook some of my Israeli favorite dishes at your home,
I love cooking and I miss it a lot while travelling so if you are interested in that it would be my pleasure.Age

On my first few days there I was sick and Tara took care of me as if I was his daughter. He made sure I will rest and eat, and even when I offered my help he just wanted me to feel better first.

There was maintenance works to do while I was there and I enjoyed watering the flowers, adding compost to the plants and designing a stone decoration at the garden.
This area is truley beautiful and at sunsets the sky was amazingly orange and pink.

I stayed at this lovely tea farm for 8 days and it was one of the best experiences I have had during my stay in Nepal. I picked tea, learned all about tea, picked beans and opened them for hours because I loved it, collected guyavas every morning… read more
