I love travelling, visiting new places, and when possible immersing myself into cultures different from my own. I finished my degree last year and just spent 3 months in Japan doing my first ski season. I'm actively learning Japanese and would absolutely love to explore Japan more!

When I was younger I lived in Sri Lanka and taught English to primary aged children, as well as getting involved in a shared language exchange with the teachers, learning Sinhala and teaching them English.

I've had multiple jobs in cafes and restaurants for many years so I'm very familiar in this environment. I also was very lucky to live in Sri Lanka when I was 18 and taught English to primary school aged children. I've also cared for my two nephews for a year and a half when my sister went back to work, so I absolutely love being around children :)

I'm a big foodie, so love trying new foods and cooking. I also adore going on hikes and exploring nature and beautiful scenery, particularly the seaside. Being physically active is also very important to me :) I'm very happy socialising over a coffee or a drink, and learning about where people come from and what makes their country different or similar to mine.
