Description
We are a single mum and a 9 year old living in Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, Costa Rica. We have 3 hectares of jungle land 400m from the beach and are in the process of planting some permaculture gardens.
The property hosts our family home, which we rent out during the summer, and a tiny house we just finished building where volunteers will be staying.
Looking for a couple (or two friends) of like-minded people with solid gardening expertise and children care skills.
The tasks at hand would be to support us with the design, planting and caring of an edible permaculture garden, creating composting piles, maintaining our newly planted fruit orchard and all Permaculture related tasks. Also, help me take care of my child some afternoons and create/facilitate some creative teaching gigs for her. In all general help with the tasks of living in the jungle, so I would need flexibility as in what tasks to accomplish... say support with cooking, making fermented goods etc.
Please note we need you to have extensive hands on experience with permaculture, hopefully in tropical environments, and hopefully a PDC.
