  Description

  The Donce annex is located in the Amazon region, Bongará province, Jazan District, with ecosystems ranging from dry forests to cloud forests, very different from the Amazon jungle.
  It is located at 1600 meters above sea level in a unique and transitional tropical forest habitat along the banks of the Utcubamba rivers.
  The arrival of volunteers to the project is on Sunday or Monday.
  
  We are a multifaceted project, we have a recreational center, where you can find 100% organic crops, where we carry out experiential tourism, also extreme games, a zip line from 300 m to 90 m high, a 200 m Tibetan bridge, an extreme swing on the edge of a 150 m cliff, we also have a nursery to propagate ornamentals, fruit trees and species for restoration of eroded areas and recover forest areas. We raise high genetic cattle, we have guinea pig and sheep sheds, we prepare biole, compost, we produce humus for the sustainable and sustainable maintenance of our gardens; We grow annual plants (root vegetables, stem, leaves, flower and fruit) in perennial plantations. We have more than 20 fruit species, avocados (Hass, Fuerte and Creole), cocoa (2 varieties), coffee (catimor and typica), bananas (9 species), pitahaya (two species native to the area), lime, subtle lemon, sweet lemon, mandarin, sugar cane (3 varieties), papaya, taking care of our account is important for this reason it is protected with bamboo, We also have different varieties of our own and introduced trees, our fauna is varied and is in constant care for its conservation.
  
  Where is considered the jungle, the nature here is exceptional, with many waterfalls, diversity of animals and plants, butterflies and rivers. We are not located in the center of the natural and archaeological attractions of the Amazon region.
  
  How to get there: from Lima there are 2 ways, air and land; by plane from Lima to Tarapoto in a flight of 1:15 hours and from there to Donce by bus it is 8 hours, from Lima to Jaén in a flight of 1:15 hours and from Jaén to Donce by car it is 4 hours, also by bus From Lima, there are several companies that take 23 hours, there are sleeper, semi-sleeper and economic buses. Most companies sell tickets online.
  
  CURRENTLY WE HAVE 14 PEOPLE WHO WORK DAILY. THEIR WORK IS VARIED, FROM WORK AT HEIGHT, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE WORK.
  
  El anexo Donce, esta ubicado en la región Amazonas, provincia de Bongará, Distrito de Jazan, con ecosistemas que van desde bosques secos hasta bosques nubosos, muy diferentes a la selva amazónica.
  Está ubicado a 1600 metros de altura en un hábitat único y de transición de bosque tropical a lo largo de las orillas de los ríos Utcubamba.
  La llegada de voluntarios al proyecto es el domingo o lunes.
  Somos un proyecto multifacético, contamos con un centro recreacional, donde puedes encontrar, sembríos 100% orgánicos, donde realizamos turismo vivencial, también juegos extremos, tirolesa de 300 m a 90 m de altura, puente tibetano de 200 m, un columpio extremo al borde de un acantilado de 150 m, también contamos con un vivero para propagar ornamentales, frutales y especies para restauración de zonas erosionadas y recuperar área de bosques. criamos ganado vacuno de alta genética, se cuenta con galpones de cuyes y ovejas, preparamos bioles , compost , producimos humus para el mantenimiento sostenible y sustentable de nuestros huertos; cultivamos plantas anuales (hortalizas de raíz, tallo, hojas, flor y fruto) en plantaciones perennes contamos con más de 20 especies frutales, paltas (Hass, fuerte y criollas), cacao (2 variedades), café (catimor y típica ), plátanos (9 especies), pitahaya ( dos especies natas de la zona ) , lima, limón sutil, limón dulce, mandarina, caña de azúcar (3 variedades), papaya, el cuidado de nuestra cuenta es importante por esta razón se protege con bambú, además tenemos diferentes variedades de árboles propio e introducidos, nuestra fauna es variada y está en constante cuidado para su conservación.
  
  Donce se considera ceja de selva, la naturaleza aquí es excepcional, con muchas cascadas, diversidad de animales y plantas, mariposas y ríos. No encontramos en el centro de las atracciones naturales y arqueológicas de la región Amazonas.
  
  Cómo llegar: desde lima existen 2 formas, aérea y terrestre; por avión desde lima a Tarapoto en un vuelo de 1:15 horas y de ahí a Donce en buss son 8 horas, de lima a Jaén en vuelo de 1:15 horas y de jaén a Donce en auto son 4 horas, además en autobús desde Lima, existen varias empresas que demora 23 horas, hay bus cama, semi cama y económico. La mayoría de empresas venden boletos por internet.

  El voluntario se llevará una experiencia y conocimientos de todo tipo, ya que, en nuestro local, tenemos diferentes necesidades y oportunidades de trabajo, así como opciones de aprendizaje, como agricultura, crianza de animales, construcción, mantenimiento, cuidado del medio ambiente, al estar inmersos en la naturaleza, el ambiente es altamente amigable y reconfortante. Todos las actividades se desarrollaran en nuestra área de Donce Extremo.

  Se requiere ayuda en enseñanza de idiomas( apoyar a nuestros colaboradores en manejo de idiomas), ampliación del proyecto ecológico ( aportar ideas dentro de lo que se ah realzado para mejorar y ampliar la oferta de nuestro proyecto), construcción y mantenimiento ( como ya tenemos 10 meses de iniciado la atención al público necesitamos apoyo en adiestramiento o enseñanza de mantenimiento de madera y pintura de edificaciones, así como gasfitería) , apoyo en adiestramiento y enseñanza de hostelería y turismo (se requiere ampliar los conocimientos y habilidades de nuestros colaboradores, en la faceta de hostelería aplicada al turismo).

  las actividades seran basadas en el aspecto de enseñanza, los trabajos que requieran mas esfuerzo son desarrollados por personal contratado por nuestra empresa :
  
  - Implementación o mantenimiento de bio - huertos familiares y escolares .
  - implementación de áreas de compostaje y elaboración de abonos orgánicos .
  - preparación de terreno para nuevas siembras con familias locales
  - Implementación de un vivero de frutales y flores para embellecer las comunidades .
  - participación en siembras o cosechas de temporada .
  - Mantenimiento de acequias y todo trabajo agrícola relacionado
  - Apoyo en el proyecto de forestación de una comunidad y el vivero.
  - charlas sobre el cuidado del medio ambiente , reciclaje .
  - Fomentar buenos hábitos alimenticios mediante el consumo de alimentos saludables, cultivados de manera responsable y contribuir a una mejor nutrición .

  Durante su estadía, se tendrá dos días libre a la semana para realizar cualquier viaje, lo cual se llevará al lugar de su elección dentro de la región Amazonas, como conocer Kuélap, las cataratas de; Gocta, Aspachaca, Yumbilla, Chinata, también podremos ir a Quiocta, Ciudad de los muertos, Karajia, Macro, Tella, Yalape, Museo de Leymebamba, el transporte será asistido por nosotros de manera gratuita.
