  Hello you, I (female, 63 years old) is currently realizing my dream of owning my own house made of natural material in the middle of a village. Would you like to learn how sustainable and natural hemp-lime walls are made and pounded? Are you interested in how interior walls are built with a hemp-clay mixture and wooden stands - or the construction of the intermediate floor with clay, hemp and wood? Would you like “free body building” by helping to build a house? You will work under the supervision of an architect.   Under the guidance of an architect with great social skills, you will learn how natural walls made of natural materials can be made easily and cost-effectively. Hemp-lime and hemp-clay construction projects are very environmentally friendly and sustainable, our walls are rammed. When we do things together with lively exchanges, a beautiful coexistence is created. One student said last year that she felt like she was part of a big family.
  
  Unter Anleitung eines Architekten mit großer Sozialkompetenz lernst du,
  wie naturbelassene Naturmaterial-Wände einfach und kostengünstig hergestellt werden.
  Hanf-Kalk- und Hanf-Lehm-Bauprojekte sind sehr umweltfreundlich und nachhaltig.
  Aussenwände und Innenwände werden gestampft.
  
  Im gemeinsamen Tun mit regem Austausch entsteht ein schönes Miteinander.

  Help

  No prior knowledge is required. Simple but physically demanding work that requires reliability and accuracy. The clay is heavy. It takes muscle strength to fetch, mix and pound it.
  
  Vorwissen ist nicht erforderlich.
  Einfache, doch körperlich anspruchsvolle Arbeit, die Verlässlichkeit und Genauigkeit erfordert.

  Accommodation

  Overnight stay: I rented a large room two streets away with two single beds. You share this room with a young man who, as a workawayer, already knows the construction site. Bedding is provided. Toilet, shower, washing machine and kitchen are shared. There is a food market nearby where you can also buy ingredients for your breakfast or other things. Tasting from Monday to Friday: You prepare your own breakfast (I pay you 5 euros in breakfast money every day). Lunch consists of bread, butter, cheese, eggs, raw vegetables, fruit,... (organic where possible). In the evening we cook (usually vegan/vegetarian in organic quality). There are no tastings on weekends and public holidays. On these days you will receive a daily meal allowance of 10 euros instead of breakfast money.
  
  Übernachtung:
  Zwei Straßen weiter habe ich vom 14.April bis zum 09.Mai ein großes Zimmer angemietet mit zwei Einzelbetten.
  Dieses Zimmer teilst du dir mit einem jungen Mann, der auch als Workawayer mithilft.
  Bettzeug ist vorhanden. WC, Dusche, Waschmaschine und Küche werden gemeinschaftlich genutzt.
  Ein Lebensmittel-Markt ist in der Nähe, wo du auch die Zutaten für dein Frühstück oder andere Sachen kaufen kannst.
  
  Verkostung von Montag bis Freitag:
  Dein Frühstück bereitest du dir selbst zu (ich zahle dir dafür täglich 5 Euro Frühstücksgeld).
  Das Mittagessen besteht aus Brot, Butter, Käse, Eiern, rohem Gemüse, Obst,...(soweit möglich, aus Bio-Anbau)
  Abends wird gekocht (in der Regel vegan/vegetarisch in BIO-Qualität).
  
  Am Wochenende und an Feiertagen findet keine Verkostung statt.
  Du erhältst an diesen Tagen statt Frühstücksgeld ein tägliches Essensgeld von 10 Euro.

  In the beautiful Zellertal with its rolling hills and lush greenery you can enjoy the peace and quiet OR plan trips to neighboring towns. Celtic culture is present here - reminders of it can still be seen on Donnersberg.
  
  Im schönen Zellertal mit sanften Hügeln und sattem Grün kannst du die Ruhe genießen ODER Ausflüge in benachbarte Orte planen. Die keltische Kultur ist hier präsent - am Donnersberg sind noch Erinnerungen daran zu besichtigen.
