Description
Hi, we are a family of five. Two adults, Lise (37) and Aslak (46) and three children at the age of 1, 3 and 12. We live in Northern Norway, and are a saami (indigenous) family. With us you would be able to experience the indigenous lifestyle, as well as a modern household.

You will lean about saamis, saami language, reindeer herding and experience life in a small village in the northernmost part of Norway. You will learn about our livelihood, culture, traditions and traditional food.

Need help with daily chores as grocery shopping, making dinner, tidying, babysitting, maintenance. Also join us to work with the reindeers.

You will be staying in a private caravan, where you can have food that we provide, if you don’t want to have all meals together with us. You can also use our bathroom for shower, wash clothes etc. We have wifi.

A small village with alot of nature around us. Not much transport available but we have two cars. Saami museums and art galleries. 15 minutes to Finland.
