Description
We areexperienced permaculture practicioners who moved to over 10ha land with forests and fields and beautiful landscape. We are creating here Educational Cenre called Permaculture Gardens to open this place for more visitors and volunteers.
Every year we organize a lot of workshops and till now once a year a permaculture festival.
We live in an old wooden house, but we plan to build few organic architecture houses for us to live and for guests. Our building plans are very wide: walipini, greenhouses, treehouses, common house, saunas, natural sweeming pool, compost toilets, solar showers, and many more..
We plan to establish about 80ar permaculture garden and similar size forest garden. Our gardens in the same time ought to be productive and full of wilderness.
We are creazy about seed saving, herbs, natural cosmetics, alternative medicine, music, movies, sustainability, biodiversity, natural way of life, organic architecture, simplicity, working with nature.
We are very concern to oriental philosophy, shamanism and meditation.
Our diet is mostly based on our local products. We are vegetarians, almost vegans.
We are located on east side of Poland – 35km from Lublin city. Soft landscape with hills, forests and meadows, clean and green. Super fresh air!
There are many friendly neighbours and we live among community of artists, musicians, craftsmens from “L.A.S.”, Local Alternative Society.
Than if you have a passion in your blood and want to put your hands in good direction, you are the most welcome!

Help
Our still developing mulched with woodchips garden is completely organic. Forest garden and building plans are still in a project state.
For shure you can expect to work in the garden, with clay plastering and construction, some time to cook, build some strange and usefull machine or help with everyday maintanance. Depends on how long you will stay, the time of the year and running project - your work will differ.
We are open for your inventions, ideas. We have planty of space to use your creativity in the good way!
Your technical and building skills for shure will be a pros!
Of course we need people passionated about gardening, flowers, edible plants, herbs, tinctures and so on...
Sometimes we need a person who will show guests the place and tell about our activities and the place itself.
Time to time we will be happy if you would like to help us with translations, computer staff, eco projects.
On may we are preparing big festival, than naturally we will need more hands and heads for that!
Your creative participation in our project could appear also in that way: you give a workshop, presentation and other activities during your stay.

Accommodation
We are still developing the place and till now we can offer you for your staying (depends on the time of the year): 3 beds in two rooms in the house, barn, tent, room with 3 beds in small guest house, small cordwood house, hammocks and open sky.
We have a passive solar shower outside, shower inside with warm water and compost toilets.
Please expect simple solutions!

We moved to Podlodówek, 21-0=140 Michów.
How to get here?
Take a bus from Lublin, direction to Michów. The bus goes from central station, close to old city in Lublin and is going through Lubartów city. Sometimes is better to take a bus just to Lubartów and than try to catch the bus to Podlodówek village. But ask the driver if he goes to Michów first.
