We are 2 life long friends of 35 years old, who started this project to create a self sustainable oasis along side the river: "Riberna de Odeceixe". We are developing a wellness eco retreat centre that we'll be used for many things but it's all about nature and greenness and self sustainability. We're situated 5 km's from the beach and of course we love surfing just as much as we love creating together in nature. We just started our third season of starting from nothing and we have now apart from the basic facilities many more things done but lots to be done and so we are welcoming a new crew for this year from all over the world to carry on what we started. The gardening, landscaping & natural building is what we're in need of most. So especially skill full people are super welcome

We are Ged and Karen, an English couple with a young daughter looking for a couple of able bodies and minds to help with a brand new project. Having lived around the world, from Moscow to Kuala Lumpur it is time to settle in one place for a while! We’ve had an amazing experience over the last year with workaways some of whom are I’m sure going to be friends for life! Our vision is to develop a mixed smallholding (pigs, sheep and poultry) with a small eco campsite. What we are starting with is a beautiful property (already renovated), three hectares (7 acres) of attached land, gorgeous views in the South of the Loire region and importantly a good stock of wine :) The property is a peaceful 4km bike ride from Neuvy-Saint-Sepulchre where you’ll find bars restaurants shops and a beautiful fishing lake. We are also very close to a bus route allowing access to the beautiful old towns of Aregnton-sur-Creuse (train station), Le Chatre and Chateauroux(train station). We are also located very close to the Brenne Nation Park, with its ‘thousand lakes’ and parkland it’s a nature lovers paradise.

We are a large family running a few different enterprises during the busy summer months in a highly scenic and cultural part of Ireland. There is a blue flag 3 mile beach on our door step offering all kinds of outdoor pursuits. I went to study to Switzerland when 15. When finished my studies moved to Spain. For years lived among Spain, Andorra and Chile, Argentine working at the begining as ski instructor and then working as ski mag journalist. Moved here to Valle de Aran, 6 years ago. The hotel is its 4th year. It is a 14 room hotel in the old quater at Vielha, capital of this Valley. Since the begining we offered Japanese food at the hotel. But now I am changing the direction of the hotel to ecological way (from what I can..) and will hopefully incorporate macrobiotic, yoga in the hotel. The hotel is located 15km from Baqueira Beret ski resort. All my family live in Japan.

Hi my name is Chris and my partner is Joanna. We live in the countryside about 3 miles from the beautiful town of Vejer de la Frontera.( We have some grown children who occasionally visit ) I have been a teacher ,truck driver and just qualified as a plumber and Joanna been a teacher,translator and led various courses and written a book. We are both into personal development,sustainable living,growing veg and enjoying life. We enjoy good food ;-] having fun and working in the garden as much as we can
