We would like our children to learn english with you. Our children are Vera (10 years old) Anna (9 years old) Lea (7 years old) Folco (4 year).We live in Castelvecchio di Compito a small medioeval town closed to Lucca (Giacomo Puccini born here).We are very closee to Florence and Pisa and we can go to the beach in 30 minuts. Around our small village there are many green path round to the hills. My husband Simone is 41 and works for sculpture. Me,'m 38, I'm shop assistant and designer in my family's shop. I make workshop of scrap and refuse with children and adults,too.

I am passionate of nature, mountains, animal, travels and I love a lot the area where I grew up. My dream was to have a house all for my own, in the countryside, with a beautiful view on the Alps and with many rooms, so to be able to host travellers, cyclists, mountain bikers, hikers and nature-lovers. Now the dream is turning into reality: I've bought and now I'm restoring an abandoned villa in the morainic hills of Agliè, in central Canavese, surrounded by woods and vineyards, non too far from other houses. Since the villa was abandoned for a few years, it needs to be totally restored and the garden totally cleared. The main works have already been done. I am looking for volunteers to help in exchange for full bed and board. The area is rural, scenic and beautiful, with hills, panoramas, forests and vineyards. Not far from here there are the Alps, with the highest peaks of Europe (Gran Paradiso, 4061 metres, is visible from my house!), a wild national parks, preserved valleys and quiet lakes. Torino, the stunning beautiful capital of the former Kingdom of Savoy and recently host city of 2006 Olympic games, is just 1 hour far.

We are an international seminar center, providing services throughout the year to the groups, families and individuals. It is run by an international team. Please, find more information about us through our website, pleas ask for it. We are situated near the most romantic Lake in Italy, Orta (Lago d‘Orta, Pettenasco, 100 km from Milan, 40 km from Locarno, Switzerland) with a generous and spacious park, gardens and gorgeous chestnut trees. The noticeable energy of nature and the mild climate provide an ideal environment for people, who wish to open themselves to personal growth. From March 2013 to late October 2013 we need a general assistance such as kitchen help (simple, but important work to wash, peel and cut the fruits, veggies), dishwashing, cleaning the rooms, bathrooms. These activities require from our working guests care, willing to contribute their energy. Generally, program for Volunteer is for 4 or 6 weeks of work&stay (staying less or more is always negotiable and in most of the cases is possible). Longer stay is welcomed! We provide you with the place to stay in traditional italian countryside house, rich Italian vegetarian kitchen. We will be pleased to welcome you at our beautiful place!
