Hi, I'm Ayşen Luna…
I’m an artist, art teacher, yoga and meditation instructor, and Thai massage therapist from Istanbul, Turkey.

I studied visual art at high school and university and I have been teaching it more than 15 years, from kindergarten to the elderly in schools, education centers, volunteer projects, and so on…

I started doing yoga in 2013 and I have been taking many teacher training on hatha yoga, vinyasa, tao-vinyasa, Yin and restorative yoga, kids that's, and so on... I started teaching yoga in 2015 and since then I have always been active in doing and teaching yoga and meditation, organizing workshops, events, and retreats...

While I was traveling around Asia I got my first Thai massage training in Chaing-Mai, Thailand then worked more on with some European schools and teachers…

I have a new passion to facilitate art experiences called Intuitive Painting which is yoga, meditation, dance, and many more combined with the painting process and we are using painting as a tool for reaching the meditative point of creativity... I would like to try some workshop on my way...

I’ve been volunteering for more than 10 years and working with many different places and doing many kinds of job...
I always be so happy to meet with good people and share my time and my skill...
I also love to learn new things, as a passionate teacher, everything starts with loving learning process...

My passion is making tea, herbal fusion, also cold teas...
I worked as a volunteer in many fields most of the time in tourism more than ten years.
I also love to learn new skills that interest me...

My other passions in life are; climbing on trees and rocks, eating from fruit trees, watching sunsets and sunrises, dancing, traveling, meeting new cultures and people, getting new perspectives, and understanding a new way of life.
I really enjoy the cultural exchange, learning new languages, artistic skills and food as well... generally learning from life...

I love nature and animals, and care about our planet and mother nature a lot... so interested in sustainable living, recycling, and upcycling...
