Hi! My name is Vlad. I am an experienced workawayer looking to contribute to meaningful projects around the globe.

I consider myself a citizen of the world. I was born in Ukraine, finished my university studies in Poland and worked for the past 7 years in Hungary. I also lived for shorter time periods in Germany, China and now in India. I quit my corporate job a few months ago and reinvested all my energy into helping people in their personal development. I am a psychologist by education and specialize in karma healing therapy which has been my passion for many years.

MY PREVIOUS WORKAWAY EXPERIENCE:

1) 11 Oct-03 Nov 2023 - Saraya Restaurant, Ecostay and Art Gallery (Sangolda, Goa, India). Responsibilities: restaurant menu re-creation (content & design), restaurant waitering & customer service, social media management, event posters design, restaurant space rearrangement (colab zone).

2) 03 Nov-17 Nov 2023 - Spaceland Hostel & Nebula Cafe (Mandrem, Goa, India). Responsibilities: cafe menu creation from scratch, improving cafe operations (creating inventory management system), reception work, hostel bookings management.

3) 21 Nov-07 Dec 2023 / 14 Dec-19 Dec 2023 - Enlight Mission NGO (Alampoondi, Tamil Nadu, India). Responsibilities: improving business operations (designing task management system), creating activity report template, designing promotional posters, consulting on strategy planning, setting up & managing social media channels.

4) 07 Dec-14 Dec 2023 - Sristi Foundation (Konamangalam, Tamil Nadu, India). Responsibilities: consulting the management team on strategy creation and improvement of business operations.

1) Project Management - I have around 8 years of professional experience in leading a diverse set of projects in various industries (one of my largest projects involved 50+ team members). Project themes: growing and expanding businesses, creating new products and services, promoting existing products, simplifying and improving business operations, organizing & coordinating events/conferences etc).

2) Event management - I used to work as Event Assistant during several large-scale events (sports competitions, music concerts) in Warsaw, Poland.

3) Hospitality/tourism/social media/graphic design - I used to work as a Sales, Marketing & Social Media Manager for two guest houses in Hungary. Responsibilities: managing guest houses' social media channels, creating marketing materials, facilitating customer service and building client relationships.

4) Languages - I speak 4 languages fluently (Ukrainian, Russian, English, Polish) plus Hungarian and German at a basic level.

5) Community - I have experience in community building and development. I used to be a founder of 3 intra-company communities when working for an American firm in Budapest, Hungary.

6) People counseling & therapy - I am a psychologist by education and currently specializing in karmic healing therapy - helping others heal their mind, body and soul, increase their self-awareness, unlock their creative potential, accelerate their spiritual growth and find their life purpose.
