Description
My name is Heiko, from Switzerland and I am 31 years old. I am a market gardener and last season I worked in a permaculture project. It is a seminar center, a community, at an altitude of 1100m. I was responsible for the vegetable garden (2000m2) where I also worked with many volunteers. Before I worked on a biodynamic farm with two hectares of vegetables where I did my apprenticeship. My first apprenticeship was as a programmer for an insurance company.
I am simple, sociable, full of humor, reliable, honest, direct, calm and ready to invest myself fully.
In my free time I like to travel, hike, read, playing guitar, surfing and spending time with my friends. I have many interests in permaculture, market gardening, meditation and yoga.
My greatest interest is definitely working in the garden, with (fruit)trees or any sort of construction. I always want to learn more, see many different farms and projects. But most importantly for me in this time in my life and just to help wherever you need my help. So if you need help in the kitchen, doing renovations, cleaning or something different I'm happy if I can help. I would also like to learn more about local culture, language and food.
