Hello!

My name is Tamzin and I am a Chef from Yorkshire, England. I am passionate about everything outdoors; swimming, hiking, growing crops, harvesting, camping, cooking on an open fire - the lot!

I am a trained Chef de Partie in a busy local restaurant/bistro where the menu changes seasonally and sources locally. My passion for food fuels my lust of travelling the world in search of new dishes, regional vegetables and to learn unique techniques and styles from different cultures and people.

Alongside cheffing I am a freelance videographer specialising in documentary film. I have a degree in Filmmaking from Manchester School of Art and my camera is pretty much an extension of my arm at this point. I love capturing the beauty of a place and more specifically the people that make that place so special.

I am a fully trained Photographer and Videographer (instagram - @tamzinjebson_) and would be happy to provide content for any social media/websites needed :)

During the Summer seasons I work for a leading UK glamping company PodPads where I built wooden yurts, pitch luxury bell tents and Reception Manage guests - I am no stranger to tough physical work in extreme heat and living/working outdoors - In fact I love it !!!
