Hello out there!
My name is Signe, I am 21 years old female, born and bread in Denmark.
The next year I have left all open to travels and working experience. I am looking forward to new experiences and learning skills i haven't tried before - challenge is only a plus for me. My biggest value in life is to pursuie happiness and spend time with people and in settings where my smile comes forward! I am easy to laugh, and always seek oppertunity to meet new people, who can tell and teach me about things I probably haven't even thought about before.
I am mainly interested in farm stays, as I am seeking knowledge and experience with sustainable farming, and specifically interested in permaculture. So far I have stayed at 5 farms over a 4 month time spand teaching me a rutine in the farming lifestyle, and understanding of the difficulties it include.
As I am an extroverted person, I prioritice community, and search places where this is in focus. It can be everything from a ecovillages, to single driven farms, just as long as mutual curiosity, kindness and a like of shared smiles are present.

I am still new in the game, but here is some of the skills and knowledge I have picked up:
- Various methoads of composting (EMO, Open Air, DIY Bin, Three-space)
- Permaculture knowledge from experience and "An Introduction to Permaculture", by Bill Morris
- Livestock caretaking (Pigs, Cow and chicken)
- Processing and cutting of animal meat
- Preservation of vegetable, and citrus
- General farming, planting/weeding/harvesting ect.
- Soap making (Coldprocess shampoo, body soap, Ivy dish soap)
