Description

Hey! My name is Seren and I come from Cardiff, UK. I have just finished a volunteering placement teaching English in Ninh Binh, Vietnam and I am now travelling across SE Asia.

I enjoy slow travel and getting to know the places I am visiting and learning about the people, culture and language :)

I have work experience across different professions including fundraising, marketing, teaching, hospitality and social media. I studied Geography at Cambridge University and am particularly interested in sustainability - especially sustainable buildings and urban design. I also love to be outdoors and don't mind getting my hands dirty in the garden or on a farm.

I am an easy-going and sociable individual who loves meeting new people and learning about different cultures. I am a quick learner and enjoy learning new skills. I love to travel, explore and meet new people and am always on the look out for new adventures!

Sustainbility is an important part of my lifestyle and I always try to travel via train/coach where possible.

I have work experience in hospitality (waitressing, bartending, retail), fundraising and sales, and marketing. I speak English, Welsh and German and have teaching/mentoring experience. I have a degree from Cambridge in Geography and am knowledgable about sustainability. I can also help with cooking, gardening and childcare and am interested in farm work. I have a UK drivers licence.
