Hey! :) I'm Sarah, 23 from the island of Ireland.

update: Kia ora :) I moved to New Zealand in December 2023 on a 36 month working holiday visa. I bought a van converted into a camper and I'm slowly travelling NZ, I'm in no big hurry.

I am an adventurer, wanderer and someone who likes to escape the ordinary! I believe it's important to invest your time in people who add value to your life - friends you can be real with and who support you with positivity and opportunities. I'm open-minded and like to meet like-minded people. I started travelling solo when I was 18, immersing myself in local cultures, I've connected with people from all around the world.

I’ve been super busy the past 2 years and have gone on some great trips with friends but I do miss solo adventures – and sunshine, Northern Ireland’s winter is rather dreary. I love my job – I get to spend 90% of my time outside. As an outdoor educator based in the Mourne Mountains Co. Down. On a daily basis I promote responsible and sustainable outdoor recreation, empowering people to care for the environment, to protect delicate ecosystems and preserve habitats for conservation. I am active and NGB qualified to instruct hillwalking, swimming, rock climbing, kayaking and SUP.

When I’m not outside… I enjoy cooking yummy vegetarian meals and baking delicious cakes. I recently joined a music group to learn the ukulele and tin whistle – getting better with practice. Hola, como estas / Bonjour, ca va? - I’m always trying to improve my Spanish and French!

I am an animal lover! I’ve house sat and pet-sitted for different families. I like social events: going to a bar or playing board games. I enjoy moving my body, a variant of yoga / Pilates.. I just move in ways that feel good :) I’m a water baby and love the sea! I take lots of photos, sooo many great memories! Always enthusiastic for an adventure. I'm a climber, can be a belay buddy.
