Hey you beautiful people out there :)

In 2022, at 19 years old, I took a year off to travel. In that time, I was in around 6 Workaways and I loved the experience. I just love meeting new people, learning new skills, gaining new viewpoints. Also I hitchhiked and couchsurfed quite a lot.

Currently, I'm 21 and I study at the University of Zurich, my degree is psychology and computer science.

So far I've done lots of occasional/holiday jobs, such as: teaching, promoting WWF, job in logistics, cashier, I've worked at an elderly home for 3 months and at a childrens daycare for 2. I love to learn new things and I am easily fascinated. I love drawing photography, filmmaking and theatre. But even more so, I like music and I play the piano and the guitar.
I'm also into those "deep" convesations, that "meaning of life" - kind of stuff :) I love people who have an open mind.

My friends would describe me as intelligent, cute, with a big heart. I'm a bit clumsy and confused sometimes, but I really try my best at everything I do.

So I yeah, hope to meet all kinds of people and experience life a bit on that platform :)

The heart of this place is the community life. It's all about the volunteers, what food you eat, what activities you do ect. (there's a lot of freetime and freedom) We averaged at around 18 volunteers.

Thank you, thank you!! :) Even if I only stayed 1.5 weeks, I learned so much and I could even join one of the seminars.
It's a beautiful place, very good food and the best people. Everybody is so open and kind here, they really embody the buddhist way of living.

What to say... <3 It's hard to find such a great workaway experience ever again. The atmosphere here is just amazing, a lot of jokes, no judgement and really lovely people :) we did so many cool things together, everyday.

I planned to stay for 2 weeks, I stayed for 4 and wanted to stay even longer
I hope to come back one day!!

- this is a monastery of a religion. Called "hare krishna" and a branch of hinduism.
Do some research before you go! so you know what will expect you.
- since its a religion, a lot of people have very strict believes. Most of them have devoted their lives to this.

Such a peaceful place :)
A lot of animals and all of them are friendly and relaxed. And so are the people here.
