Our next destination:
France - from May 2024 until Jun 2024 View allDescription
We are taking a few months to "World School" our children and would love to learn and contribute as we travel. We run a cattle farm in the Sneeuberg mountains of South Africa and have been hosting workawayers for many years and are now inspired to experience it for ourselves. Apart from farming cattle, running and maintaining the farm, we run a guest house, host workshops and festivals. Paula is qualified as a dramatherapist and family constellations practitioner and has busy online practice with individuals and groups. She is runs the cattle and recently learned to perform pregnancy diagnosis on cattle! Iain can fix almost anything and is a great carpenter. He is creative, calm and great with children. Callum (12) and Kyla (10) are playful, friendly, helpful and ready to learn. Kyla is very good with animal care and engaging with younger children and Callum is able help with carpentry projects, electrics and painting. They are both learning to play the piano and enjoy all things creative.
We are excited to immerse ourselves in a different culture, contribute our skills and learn new ways of doing things. Where possible we would love our kids to meet and engage with other kids of similar ages. We want our children to gain knowledge of other places and people while they learn about themselves in the process. Our kids make friends easily and will be great companions.Interests

Feedback
The project is very new and challenged with teething pains. We worked very hard but it was fun. We wish Julie the very best with this ambitious project.
