I would like to travel to Italy with my friend Steven. There I would like to get to know the country and the culture and preferably work in nature and take over gardening or working with animals!

Description

Hi, I'm Mathis! If my friends were to describe me, they would describe me as very positive, committed and disciplined. With these qualities in my luggage, I want to travel the world for a year. I am always open to a new adventure and to meet new people. At the moment I have finished school and now I want to travel for a year before I go to study. If you're interested, I bring a lot of love for nature and love to learn new things. I am very committed and diligent, so you could definitely use me right now!
I already have experience of 2 workaway trips, once in Norway and once in Spain. I gained valuable experience there, just like on my vacations with my friends or family. In addition to my home country Germany, having travelled to almost all regions, I have already visited other European countries such as Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Italy, Spain or Greece. I have always traveled to explore the countries and relax. That's why I want to change my travels this year by working alongside exploring new countries. This experience is very valuable to me and I hope it will help me a lot in the future, because I know in which direction I want to go, but I don't have a specific line of work in mind yet. Therefore, I hope to gain more insights on my next travels, to get to know myself a little bit more and to meet many new great people.

What else ...

Currently I live in northern Germany with my parents and finished school with the best possible degree. My free time is very much influenced by sports activities. I play football in the club, I am a referee and I like to run side by side. I also like to be in nature, I often go there by bicycle. I also like to go into the woods and build and carve some objects and cook at a campfire. When I'm at home, I like to read books, play the guitar and hang out with friends. They would describe me as very committed and positive. I like to plan weekend trips or trips, we often watch football games together.
