Hello! Maja (26) and Andrzej (35) here.
We are the independent and well organized marriage from Poland!
We love nature and outdoor activities like hiking or cycling. We have small garden with greenhouse in Milanówek in Poland (we have a lot of cucumbers and tomatoes). So we know how to plant, weed and do permaculture. Andrzej is really fond of gardening. Our dream is to have a farm.
We also spend a lot of time in the Polish wilderness (mountains and forest). On June we usually spend time in Bieszczady mountains, were we take care of students tent base - something like camping, but without electricity and running water. In the middle of nowhere. Therefore, cutting wood, making fireplace, taking bath in the stream and cooking food for tourists on the fire are not problem for us :)
We have so many things to do in our life together that sometimes we don't know which thing should be first ;)
Andrzej likes playing football and chess. Maja reads a lot and takes analogue photographs.
Both of us cook well! Regional and fresh food is very important to us. You are what you eat :)
We are looking for good people and beautiful place in Workaway. We are conscientious during work and open for new experience. We are characterized by curiousity about the world, but we love slow life too. Both of us appreciate calm and independence (it doesn't mean that we are not socialable!).
Andrzej: I'm an economic journalist and I want to work online during this trip. Therefore, we are looking for flexible working hours during on Workaway. Usually I'm working between 11-16:30 GMT 2, from Monday to Thursday. So I can work for you in the morning and in the evening (sometimes I have also free time in the middle of day). I'm fond of playing football and chess. I have experience in construction, working with tools, I like to repair (e.g. bicycles). I can use power tools for housework.
Maja: I'm photographer and digital content specialist. I need to work remotely between 9-17 GMT 2, . Before and after those hours I will help you.
We are not afraid of any work. But getting knowledge about new culture is also important for us. In connection with this, we want to travel a lot. Cycling, hiking, hitchhiking, bushcraft - we do it together. So now it's time for Workaway!
