Description

This is Joy (Chia-Yu ) Yang from Taiwan. I used to work as a Project manager in the digital department in both financing industry and e-commerce industry. Besides, I used to be a math/English tutor for junior high school students in my college life. As a result, I possess some teaching experience.

I love solo traveling. I have traveled to over 30 countries in the world, most of them are in Asia and Europe. I traveled to Europe for 3 months in 2022, while traveled to Asia for 2 months in 2023. I also have working holiday experience in Greed Island, a small ocean island in Taiwan for 1 month in 2020. Being a helper in the hostel, my job mainly included cleaning the hostel and helping clients with their questions and traveling plans.

I love to explore new cultures and make new friends. I like nature, animals and also children. I possess scuba diving license and lifeguard license because I like water sports. I am not good at cooking. While traveling, I eat the traditional food there or eat in the supermarket if the food price is too high. ( At least I could wash the dishes and do the simple preparation for cooking such as washing and cutting vegetables.)

Now I would like to try some experience living in a farm with plants or animals. Also, one of my to-do-list now is to rent an RV and travel with friends!
