Hey there,

I am super happy to have the chance to connect to new people and different cultures through Workaway!
I am Jana, almost 22 years old, and come from Austria. Traveling has always played an important part in my life - I love how it pushes me out of my comfort zone and into adventures I have always dreamed of. The last couple of years I have lived in Berlin, Germany, and Paris, for my studies. Usually, whenever uni allows it, I am out there exploring the world.

One of the things I enjoy most about traveling is the freedom that comes with it. Currently, I am working completely remote, which also encourages me to go see as many places as possible as I don't "have" to be somewhere specific.

I am a very calm person, but really do enjoy deep conversations and having fun, of course ;) In my free time, I write & read a lot (that also brings me to other worlds whenever I'm not traveling), doing sports (like yoga, pilates and running, skiing in the winter and swimming in the summer), meditation and learning about topics like self-development.

Regarding work, I am really open to try nearly everything :) I have a lot of experience with younger kids as I have two younger sisters, and I love being outside in the nature. I am also working as a freelancer for social media (-marketing) related topics, and I enjoy passing on my knowledge.

As I mentioned, I am open to try out almost everything! I am pretty good at organizing and a very fast-learner :)

I have been helping at home from the beginning on - I really enjoy tidy spaces - and also in my grandmas garden. Having two younger sisters, I got a lot of experiences with kids - I also did babysitting during my studies for over a year.
I have also been working in a restaurant and, as I mentioned as well, I am currently working as a freelancer for social-media and business related topics.

Plus, I would love to share my culture and getting to know yours :)
