Hello.
We are a married couple who have quit jobs and are traveling abroad.
We started our journey in October 2022.
My name is China.
I worked in Japan as an elementary school teacher for 6 years and as a research assistant for 1 year.
I like yoga and have a teacher's qualification (RYT200).
My husband's name is Takuya.
He worked in Japan for 3 years as a banker and 4 years as a government worker.
His hobby is taking pictures.
The reason we quit our jobs and started traveling is because we want to experience the culture, history, nature, and people of various places.
Now that we are actually traveling, we find a lot of wonderful things among them and feel fulfilled.
And sometimes we think about how we can make use of what we learned after returning to Japan.
We started Workaway to get a new experience.
We love animals and plants, and we love taking care of them.
We can also enjoy doing our daily chores.
I would like to exchange language and culture while helping out.
