Some experience values:
During the last five years after graduating school I did many different jobs and volunteerings.

-did an ecological year called FÖJ
where I visited seminars, gave and organised naturecosmetic workshops, did inspection tours in surrounding landscapes to check and document plant and animal populations in Germany...
-3 years of experience in hospitality and gastronomy in a big opera theatre in Mainz, Germany
-started a carpenter education
and did a professional van conversion in Germany
-built wooden stages and outdoor furniture on downtempo and psytrance festivals in Germany and France
-worked for many food and drink services on festivals in different countries
-did a volunteering in a surfcamp in south west France for one summer season as a teamer and buildup team member
-Did many jobs on building sites as a carpenter and painter/decorator
(refurbished houses and apartments, built wooden stages, terraces and shacks)
-did a two week volunteering at a farm for raped animals in Spain
-did an 4 week internship at a garden architecture office in Germany
-created some short movies and photo collections for University (communicational design/ time based media)
-created and sold handcrafted jewellery on beaches and artmarkets
-worked as a helper in german vineyards to bring in the harvest
-organised beach cleanup events in France and Spain and RiverCleanupDays in Germany
-did babysitting jobs and an two week internship in a kindergarden
-did 10 days of a housekeeping job next to Santa Marta, Colombia
-gave some private surf lessons for friends in France, Ecuador and Spain
-cooked for big groups of friends and family healthy, vegan, gluten free menus
-did gardening and recultivation jobs at my family's garden, also built raised beds and green coverings of some roofs and installed bird boxes for an environmental organisation in Germany called NaBu
-helped with the construction and buildup of a huge greenhouse for a self sufficient community in the austrian alps
-helped with the organisation of a spiritual wedding ceremony
-organised 2nd hand clothing exchange partys in my hometown
-did two workaways in tenerife (6 weeks in total) on permaculture gardening projects and building sites (you can check my ratings!)
-lately started shaping my own surfboards
-do performative flow arts with fire juggling sticks

I am a visionary thinking guy, who dreams of a future in some kind of community which is deeply connected to nature with healthy homegrown food, music and art - positive vibrations. Next to the ocean would be lovely.
A place where we are able to support our health in a natural way, a place where individuals can come together and creativity arises, to make a positive influence and a little difference in this world.

Es war tolle Erfahrung mit dem Paul (und Lore), der auf meine kleine Plantage in Bajamar aufgepasst hat. Ich war in der Zeit viel unterwegs und konnte mich immer voll auf den Paul verlassen. Paul surprised me in many aspects since we first texted each other, when he still was in Germany. He´s got a cheering up attitude and an always "let´s do it" answer in his mouth. I detailed and sent him the pic´s of the caotic situation in the farm after the storms and strong winds destroyed and blew away roofs, the tent, trees and plants,… read more electrical problems, and so on..., I even suggested him to postpone it until i was able to provide good accommodation again, but he insisted and literally answered "it seems there´splenty of work waiting to be done, so let´s do it! I am very simple, don´t you just have a blanket and a roof to avoid me getting wet if it rains at night...?" and he convinced me.

He came in a bad time and it got worse the very first day when I collected him at the bus station and his wallet was stolen while we were getting his luggage into the car, what a hassle! But his upset and frustration only lasted less than an hour, and after having some nice Canarian food and a pint of beer, it dissapeared! hahaha... good first lesson he taught me.

When we arrived to the farm he was very motivated and eager to start working straight away, and he liked the messy place, the village, the relaxing views and the quiet space soon. I have to admit though, that, at the beginning, I thought he was a tricky and lazy guy and I had made a wrong choice, when I discovered him sunbathing or playing the guitar through the surveillance cameras during the working hours. To be honest, I wanted to dump him, but soon I was also surprised when he would work 3,4 or 5 extra hours without watching the clock or complainning for the set task until he would finish it. He just works at his pace but steady, and enjoys doing it with a determinant and conscientious manner, specially wood work and despite of dull tasks like sanding and renewing old doors. I usually had to tell him that his working time was over and he could relax and enjoy his leisure time.

He also helped me with a furniture moving with a big van and dug holes for banana trees with endless energie, so never get confused by his relaxed "laid back" appearance, he will surprise you!

And last, he truly enjoyed good amount and quality of Canarian food, and more than once, he would scrape and nearly polish the plate with bread, to waiter´s atonish open eyes look! hahahah

It´s a pitty he couldn´t stay longer due to the circumstances.
