Hi/你好/Bonjour/Hola! I'm Emily from Singapore.

I'm a simple girl who appreciates the little things in life like sunsets, the moon, the stars, the sound of rustling leaves, and cuddles with furry friends. My friends say I have calm energy, and I've a high level of curiosity, always asking lots of questions. I find joy in teaching others, and never want to stop learning and discovering. Some of my interests include yoga, hiking, swimming, music, learning french/spanish, reading, playing board games, markets, festivals.

I studied Communication & Psychology in uni. I've been working as a creative (art director, designer) in advertising for 6 years, but have quit my job looking to do something more hands-on and meaningful. I've always loved animals, plants and nature, and wish to immerse more in their wonders while giving back as much I can. I hope this experience could be the start of a new path for me, in terms of personal growth, career, and also how I want to live my life.

English is my native language, I'm fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, and I'm happy to teach any of them. I've a DELF A2 cert in French, but I'm not confident, so I'd love to practice more and improve. Been learning Spanish on Duolingo and happy to learn from more human teachers too 😂
