Hey my name is Charlotte! The best way to describe my personality is a happy down to earth hard worker. The mixture of a calm mind and an endless energy brought me here. I am a physically and mentally strong person. I absolutely love to be active, especially in combination with being outside and working with animals. I am an eager learner and pick up new knowledge quickly. On workaway I hope to expand skill sets (and learn new ones) and have great experiences.

My greatest passions are animals, adventure and nature. I have a special love for horses for as long as I can remember. I rather don't identify myself as a stereotype horse lover. My interest in horses reaches far beyond just horse riding. As a horse owner I know what it means to put in all efforts and bear responsibility. I want to learn everything about their health, understand their nature, dive into behavioral issues, do the chores around them and use them as a source of inspiration for my creativity. Almost all horse related subjects catch my attention.

This is one of the big motivations why I study Veterinary Medicine, as well as my love for animals in general. As a Vet student I am used to keeping calm under high pressure and not be scared of anything. I am currently in my third year of the bachelor. After the summer I am going to spend a gap year in America and attend multiple courses at the Academy of Equine Dentistry in Idaho to become a horse dentist. In between the courses I am looking for places to work, stay and live. Ultimately I want to experience the real cowgirl life and go on memorable adventures.

After the second course at the Academy of Equine Dentistry (March 2024) I am also looking for a place to get more experience with floating horses' teeth and provide dental care to horses. So through platform I hope to find connections that help to get me there.

I am a very active person. Sports that I do on regular basis bouldering, play rugby, CrossFit, surfing and horse riding. I am a team player and very social on the one hand and on the other hand function very good on my own. Other hobbies are drawing, painting, playing guitar and video editing. In addition I am also into taking ice baths, meditation and yoga. I have a really openminded personality. Above all else I am a hard worker and quick learner.
