Hello,

My name is Barbara, I am a 29 years old and grew up in Austria.
Coming from a family of carpenter, blacksmith and beekeeper I was privileged to gather experience in our workshops and surrounding nature. My curiosity for nature, people, landscapes, cultures, stories to tell and many other things never left me. I would describe myself as an open minded person and I always strife to keep learning and improve existing skills or gain new ones. I'm interested in a wide range of differnt topics and feel passionate about exploring the unknown.

I would love to experiencing different ways of living, share knowledge, ideas and be an active part of interesting projects.

I do not mind getting my hands dirty.

My crafmanship grew from a wonderful father (blacksmith and beekeeper) and grandfather (carpenter, shoemaker and beekeeper). From early childhood I supported my grandpa with work around our house, his renovation projects, planting (trees, beans,...) and work with our bees. I alway's loved it and learned a lot by working with him.

Therefore, I’m open to do all different kinds of work and motivated to learn as many new things as possible!

What else ...

I have just returned from a trip with (building beyond borders ) to Morocco. There I lived with local (Berber families) and learned and practiced from the locals what it means to build with traditional building materials. It was a unique and spacial experience. I am looking forward to meet more inspiring people.
