Hi! My name is Alfie and I’ve been travelling for about 3 months now and am looking to do some workaways to meet interesting people and learn new skills and help out where I can!

I have experience working as a chef so would love to use these skills to contribute towards the workaways I do, be it through cooking communally for each other or for guests who are staying. My love of food also makes me very keen to learn more about farming and working with the land sustainably and helping out with conservation projects.

I have some basic DIY skills, picked up from my own projects I’ve done at home and am very interested in developing my knowledge and skills in woodworking and construction. I’m quick to learn and very competent with these kinds of projects but will need some initial guidance!

I also love connecting with people through art projects and music. I’m by no means an artist but I’m a very creative person and love to incorporate this into my work!

I speak a good level of Spanish but would love to improve! English is my first language and I also have a good level of French.

Most of all I’d love to come and learn/ develop new skills on these projects whilst using the skills I already possess to help out on these projects! I’m a very hard worker and learn quickly so feel confident I’d be a great help to any projects that need support! I look forward to meeting you!

I am a chef by trade, specialising in baking and bread making.

I have basic DIY skills from solo projects at home. Nothing too fancy but I learn quickly!

I have worked a lot in hospitality so have good customer service skills and know how to run things efficiently.

Basic farm skills, again I’m a fast learner! I love working outside and being in nature.
