Hello! We are River and Adrienne :)
We are hoping to find a work-away host in Puerto Rico that can accommodate a couple and has access to Internet or is able to host digital nomads. We are open to longer-term stays! Our skills and what we bring are listed in the below sections.

Adrienne: One of my primary reasons for traveling is language exchange - practicing spanish and connecting with community/working on various land-based projects. I value deep connection, slower living/lifestyle, listening, engaging, and providing support in my community. I have traveled and volunteered in many places and really value these opportunities!

River: My journey revolves around a colorful experience in outdoorsmenship, construction, farming, gardening, sustainable offgrid living, community building/living, ceremony, world travel, service work, and health and wellness to name a few. I've picked up some valuable skills along the way, and I'm passionate about creating and supporting thriving and connected communities. I'm stoked to journey with my partner and new friends into this immersion of Latin culture with an eagerness to connect, learn and grow!

Adrienne: I have extensive farm-stay and volunteer experience. I have years of professional and academic farming and management experience. I am a certified yoga instructor, and licensed massage therapist. I have worked in therapy youth programs, worked in schools, and have extensive experience in house and animal sitting. I grew up on a small farm/homestead and have a good understanding of land stewardship, general maintenance, and home-care. I love to cook and have hosted and facilitated large community dinners and meals. I am a huge creative and love working on art projects that are both small and large. I have run my own business as well and have some marketing and computer knowledge.
I am a deep listener and have a strong knack for connecting with people, communities, and animals. I am very hard working, and I hold a lot of gratitude in myself for the people and communities around me.

What else ...

Adrienne: I learn most about the world through meeting new folks and becoming immersed in new situations and cultures. I'm a very active person and love to be involved in community projects and actions. I enjoy martial arts, movement, rock climbing, yoga, swimming, reading, cooking, painting and playing music. I do work part-time online so being able to accommodate digital nomads is essential for me :)
