Hola!
My name is Wendy, 26 years and from the Netherlands. I'm just moved back after living in Barcelona, Spain for 1,5 years where I was working as a full-time nanny after graduating for my Masters in Nutrition and Health Science. Even tho I loved my life here, adventure is calling and I would like to change the big city to nature and travel to Costa Rica to experience the Pura Vida lifestyle. I love nature and the beach, and I would love to explore and learn more about one of the following things: surfing, scubadiving, permaculture, animal care, eco-projects, yoga and spiritual healing.

I'm an enthusiastic, open-minded, calm and responsible person who loves to learn new skills and have a cultural exchange. In my free time I love dancing (salsa, bachata, kizomba), meeting new people, sailing, learning new things, travelling and also just chilling with a good cup of tea or wine. I try to eat mostly healthy and eat chicken and fish, but I'm also okay with a vegetarian/vegan diet.
I have a lot of experience working with kids, as a nanny for all ages (6-months up to 12 years) and as a sailing instructor. Lastly, I love dogs!

I am very interested in improving my Spanish skills. I do speak/understand quite some Spanish already. In exchange I speak fluently English, so i can teach some English (or Dutch!).

I am a very caring person that can take care of others who need it.
Next to that, I love teaching, in every form.. from English to sailing, to statistics to dancing!
Especially interested in teaching salsa and bachata for anyone who would like to learn these dances!
I'm an experienced nanny (6 months-12 years) so any childcare work will suit.
Any reception/guesthouse/cleaning would also be of interest!
I can help prepare foods and make nice, nutritious and vegetarian meals.
Also i don't mind helping around the house, cleaning, doing laundry and organizing things.
