Description
Hello, we are a couple planning to leave Japan and travel to various countries in July 2023.
The purpose of our travels is to experience cultures from around the world, especially local cuisines, and to open a restaurant upon our return.
I'm currently traveling so We’re not working, but when we lived in Japan, I worked at an antique furniture store and my wife worked in the manufacturing and sales of sweets.
We would like to try and learn about the various cuisines and sweets of the countries We visited, and utilize them in our work after returning home.
Both of them have quiet personalities, but they have a bright side that often laughs when something fun happens.
We love nature such as the ocean and mountains, and during this trip we spent some time relaxing at the beautiful beach and went trekking. We also like trying new things, so we want to try as many things as possible.
These are just our hopes, what we are most looking forward to is interacting with cultures and people from different countries. We may be limited in what we can do, but we hope that we will have a good encounter. Thank you for watching.Interests

Shoji
I worked at a British antique and stained glass shop for 8 years in Japan. If I have the tools at that location, I can repair and paint furniture, and I can also repair and create stained glass. I can also do simple DIY. I like being in the kitchen because I can do basic cooking.
Mayumi
First of all, I'm good at adapting to any environment. I like animals, nature, making things, cooking, baking, knitting, gardening, and farming, so I think I can put those skills to good use with my hosts. And since I have origami, I can teach you how to fold it. I also enjoy playing with children. Of course, I will also teach you Japanese.Age

Feedback
Although we couldn't speak much English, he welcomed us and was very kind.
He gave us a place to rest before boarding the plane and we had a very interesting conversation with him and his family about each other's cultures. We hope to meet him and his family again.
