After spending 2.5 years as a software engineer, I am now hoping to spend the next year fulfilling my ambition of travelling Japan, and improving my Japanese language skills.

I love meeting interesting people and very rarely meet anyone who I can't get along with. I'm interested in all sorts of art, music and poetry as well as physics, mathematics and philosophy, although I'm admittedly still very naïve when it comes to those topics, I'm constantly trying to learn more about whatever interests me most.

I hope I'm able to learn a lot from my travels in Japan, and I also hope to be of service whenever possible. But most of all, I hope I get to meet great people along the way.

- Communication skills, particularly from working as a doorman at my local foodbank

- Some agricultural experience from working on family farm when I was younger

- Electronics experience from personal projects

- Various off-grid living related skils from helping to build and living in an off-grid cabin in Wales

- Japanese language skills approx. equivalent to N4 level

- A-levels in Maths, Physics and Computer Science
