Hello ! I am a 22-year-old French girl. I am not sure of what I want to do in the future so I am taking a gap year. I need time to think, meet people, live experiences, learn new things and discover other ways of life.

I am joyful, cheerful, sociable and open minded. I like hiking and reading. I am a huge fan of board games and manual work.

After 8 months in Ireland, I am now going to Scotland.

I am very sociable but I am not afraid of some loneliness.

I love having deep conversations with people.

I don’t really have special skills but I want to learn and I am not afraid of hard work.

I studied political science, sociology, economy and literature.

I gained experience with children by taking care of my youngest cousins. Last year, I helped children of 7 years old with doing their homework 3 hours a week.

I have been a waitress during summer holidays for the past 4 years.

I have been a volunteer in different associations since high school. I was in a humanitarian association where I painted classrooms to collect funds. I also volunteered 3 times during a pilgrimage where I took care of ill people and elderly people. Last year I was in the Paris local group of the NGO Oxfam. I organized a conference and a projection of a movie about permaculture and organized actions to raise awareness about climate change, inequalities and poverty.

I like cooking. I like sharing my recipes and learning new ones. So, I like making food, sharing it and eating it !

During my 8 months in Ireland, I spend 3 weeks in a farm and 5 weeks in an hostel with Workaway. Then I have worked for 6 months in an association helping people experiencing homelessness.
