Description

I'm a mature male from the US of Greek origin, an aerospace engineer transitioning into medicine - just graduated from medical school... and decided to take a year off and travel by car in Georgia, Armenia, and Central Asia… beginning in mid-April.

Non-smoker; no drugs of any sort; minimal alcohol consumption; very clean and responsible. I am in excellent health and shape and posses many DIY skills.

I am open-minded, friendly, and always willing to make new friends.

I have used this site in the past - I volunteered for a year in 2015 - but that account expired. I do have an HelpX account where you can find a couple of host feedbacks.

-- I have construction skills and can repair any equipment (provided I have the tools) and perform plumbing & electrical work.
-- I can tutor kids or adults in all science subjects and medicine.
-- I have basic farming skills as I was raised surrounded by farms - my father was a farm equipment mechanic.
-- I can cook a few great Greek dishes... like Greek salad, Tzatziki sauce, bean soup, etc.
-- I'm very friendly and good with people - especially working in teams - from work experience at GE Aviation as well as from my one year of volunteering in Europe in 2015.
-- I am an excellent driver (drove a yellow cab in NYC while in college)... drove farm tractors, and will arrive by private car.
-- I'm in great health & shape - hard work doesn't scare me as long as no one takes advantage of my generosity. I love sports and am very active.
