Hi !!
My names Mia and I am a Politics and International relations student at Loughborough university.
I am highly motivated and kind individual that wants to follow my passion of working at NGOs by supporting others and building communities.
I am adventurous I love to go climbing, hiking and anything involving the outdoors. I am really passionate about the environment and recognise the toll we are having on our biodiversity and environment as a whole.
I have been volunteering for charities from a young age being involved in police and army cadets, political organisations and community projects.
I have a clear leadership qualities and have had experience in teaching, caring and aiding the development of my peers and young children.
I would love to have the chance to work away in another nation-state to use my privilege of being born in the UK to do good in the world.Interests

I have a clear leadership qualities and have had experience in teaching, caring and aiding the development of my peers and young children.
I have worked with underprivileged children & young adults conducting mock interviews as part of a boot camp getting them ready for employment. Most of my students have gotten the job at the end of the process.
I have lead and arranged social action projects like clearing litter - working with disabled children - running event stools and planting flowers.
Whilst being apart of the Volunteer Police cadets I worked my way up the ranks and became head cadet which meant I had to complete lesson plans, organise events and support my peers in any issues they were having in or outside the cadets.
My first ever job was babysitting, I had 7 children I would look after regularly for example one of my clients would have me over every Saturday to look after kids take them outside to play, make lunch, wash their clothes and clean up after them. I have always been very happy around children and feel that I have a good maternal instinct.
I have a basic level of knowledge of the Turkish language because I have visited Northern Cyprus since I was born. However I am very keen to learn more.Age
